This Saturday, October 7th, the doors will open at 6:30 PM on the great party that is the Library Gala Art Auction. Tickets available at the door. For only $20, you will receive an extravagant pre-auction “Taste of the Region” reception featuring specialties of restaurants throughout the County, live jazz, free wine tasting and a cash bar. Door prizes will be given, including a beautifully framed work of art valued at $150. Works by local artists will be auctioned in addition to a professionally curated collection of beautifully framed art, including the works of many prominent international artists, as well as sports and music memorabilia. In addition, a wide array of travel, sports and dining opportunities as well as jewelry will be auctioned off. You will be entertained by a professional auctioneer out of New York, who’s knowledgeable and humorous presentation turns art auctioning into performance art.
