Opening for Substitute Library Assistant

Substitute needed particularly for evening (5-9 pm) and Saturday (9-5) shifts. Hours may also include 7 or 4 hr shifts during library hours: Mon-Thursday 9-9, Friday 12-5, Saturday 9-5. Position includes all four library locations.

Duties include: helping customers with borrowing materials, reader’s advisory and other aspects of using the physical and virtual library.

Required: High School diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills/ experience, computer skills, and a love of working with the public.

$15.51 per hour to start.
